Q: Where does the water come from; it is not from the toilet is it?
A: The water comes from a fresh water tap. Our seats even have back flow prevention to protect your portable water system.
Q: Is the water going to spray up my butt?
A: If you push the correct button, water will cleanse past the anus into the rectal region, this is a special option used to insure a full evacuation.
Water spraying in the wrong direction is a common concern with many people.
All of our research and field studies prove that soothing irrigation of the rectum, perineum and urethra helps prevent infections.
Q: Will my entire bottom be wet and messy?
A: Not if you are seated and push the wash and drying buttons, your bottom will not be messy at all. Your bottom will be immaculately clean and dry.
Q: Does the water spraying all over the place make a mess of my toilet and floor?
A: All of our products are designed to contain a mess and prove easy to clean and sanitize.
Q: Will I be able to control the temperature of the water?
A: Yes! The temperature is controlled with the push of a button.
We suggest that if a rash is present, turn the temperature down to a cooler setting.
Q: The cooler water sooths and takes away the stinging, itching and burning. Is the pressure intensely strong?
A: There is only enough pressure and volume to assist in relieving constipation.
The water pressure is never intense enough to inflict injury.
The pressure is controlled with a push of a button for maximum comfort .
How Does it Work?
Will we be able to use the toilet without having to use the bidet?
A: I don't know why you would want to do that. Yes, you don't have to use the water. However, the nice warm seat will be difficult to avoid.
Q: What am I suppose to do... do I wipe before I wash... How do I dry off afterwords?
A: Go to the bathroom as usual. Push back wash or front wash and then control the pressure to a desire stream and wait one minute until it finishes.
The unit will stop automatically and then you push the dryer button or reach for a small handful of paper and dab off. (Even using toilet paper to inspect and dry will use 75% less toilet paper.)
Q: I don't have a lot of time. How long does it take to get clean?
A: How much time do you spend in the shower? This is what you should be comparing a washing and drying toilet seat with; not wiping.
A washing and drying toilet will clean up most messes in less than a minute.
This varies between people and types of movements.
Q: If I want the sprayer nozzle to cover a larger area, will it do that?
A: Absolutely. By pushing the massage button the nozzles will oscillate back and forth covering a much greater area.
Q: The water isn't hitting me where I want. Am I missing something?
A: You are missing the targeted area. Push the button that says position and then guide the fountain of warm water with the arrows to the desired location.
Q: I have a patient who is afraid of sitting on a regular toilet seat. How will she ever sit down on yours?
A: Cold seats are shocking to most people. We have found that the warm seat is extremely enticing for most people.
Turn up the temperature for her and let her enjoy the warm air dryer for a while and then introduce her to the soft warm water wash .

Q: How does a spout spraying water get you clean, when toilet paper and baby wipes have a tough job doing it?
A: Water is a cleansing element designed to wash. Toilet paper can't ever clean away bacteria.

Q: I read that your products can help with constipation. Do you mind telling me how?
A: Our Washing and Drying Seats have a IIP button designed to assist in relieving fecal constipation.
When the button is pushed once a powerful stream of water is directed upwards into the Rectal region, washing out the blockage.
The upward stream of water, provided by the bidet, directly into the rectum in a steady stream serves to relax the internal and external sphincter muscles controlling the anus; thus, permitting contraction of the muscular walls of the rectum.
This causes feces to be more easily passed without straining.
Q: I have chronic Diarrhea and Dysentery and by noon I am dreading going again. Will this help?
